Perspective across markets. Judgment on the ground.

We help clients understand the opportunity clearly, make decisions with confidence and move projects forward with the right people and structure in place.

Will this actually work?

Big opportunities don’t fit neatly in one profession. The lawyer can be right. So can the banker, the public-affairs adviser and the operator. And the client can still be left without an answer to the question that matters: Will this actually work?

That gap is why Duffy Crane and Gabriel Fidel created 30/33 Advisory.

The Solution

How We Work

01

Assess the opportunity.

We tell you honestly whether it is worth pursuing.

02

Build the path.

We work out the structure, sequence and people needed to move it forward.

03

Stay with the work.

We remain involved as the project moves from decision to implementation.

Where we focus

Our experience runs deepest in four areas

ENERGY &
MINING

Technology & Knowledge Economy

Tourism,
Real Estate & Hospitality

Wine &
Viticulture

Experience,
not theory.

Who We Are

Duffy Crane

Duffy has spent twenty years building, operating and adapting businesses in Argentina. As co-founder of The Vines of Mendoza, she helped turn an idea for a private vineyard project into an internationally recognized wine, real estate and hospitality business that continues to grow today.

Along the way, she has raised and restructured capital, led complex real estate transactions, built legal and regulatory structures, managed investor relationships and overseen operations through years of economic and regulatory change. A U.S.-licensed attorney, entrepreneur and operator, she brings to 30/33 the judgment that comes from having built something substantial — and stayed close enough to the work to keep it moving as conditions changed.

Her work with 30/33 Advisory is business advisory; she does not provide legal advice or representation through the firm.

Gabriel Fidel

Gabriel’s career spans more than thirty years across business, government, academia and international affairs. He has served as Mendoza’s Minister of Economy and Minister of Government, President of ProMendoza, a member of YPF’s board of directors and a member of the MERCOSUR Parliament, while also holding senior leadership roles in the wine industry and at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.

That experience gives him a deep understanding of how companies, institutions, regional economies and public and private stakeholders interact — and what it takes to align them around complex projects.

What We Do

We work out the structure, sequence and
people needed to move projects forward.

Opportunity
assessment

Understanding the market, the risks and what is really behind an opportunity before committing.

Institutional &
regulatory context

Understanding the public and private institutions that can affect how a project moves forward.

On-the-ground
verification

Looking beyond formal due diligence to understand counterparties, institutional dynamics and the local realities that may not show up on paper.

Execution support

Staying close to the work during implementation, coordinating the people involved, working through issues as they arise and keeping key milestones moving.

Market entry &
expansion

Working out how to enter an unfamiliar market or move into the next stage of growth.

Specialist
coordination

Identifying the right people for the work and keeping specialist advice connected to the broader objective.

Business & project structuring

Working through the business, operating and institutional pieces that need to fit together.

Strategic transactions & special situations

Supporting specific needs such as strategic partner searches, capital-raising preparation, restructuring or other business situations.

Working
with us

You work directly with us throughout the engagement.

When a project requires specialist expertise, we bring in the right people and stay involved so the different pieces remain connected.

Our role is business advisory. Legal, tax, accounting, securities, brokerage and other regulated professional services are handled separately by appropriately qualified professionals.

Why 30/33

30° North. 33° South.

30/33 comes from the approximate latitudes of Austin, Texas and Mendoza, Argentina — two places that have shaped our experience, our work and the way we see opportunities.
Our backgrounds have taken us through different markets, businesses and institutions, often looking at the same kinds of decisions from different vantage points.

Multiple perspectives drive clarity.

That idea is at the heart of 30/33 — bringing different experience and points of view to the same opportunity, so clients can see it more clearly and decide how to move forward.
Austin and Mendoza are our starting points, not our boundaries.
